This stunning cottage 4 bedroom cottage is set on a deep landscaped lot with a world-class view. With 66 feet of private waterfront, you can enjoy all the amenities Tobermory has to offer within minutes.

Floor to ceiling windows allows for abundant natural lighting while the cathedral ceilings and open concept floor plan are perfect for family vacations.

The views of Georgian Bay from the shoreline of this cottage are like no other, witness some of the most stunning sunsets from the muskoka chairs on the shoreline. Swimming is great here for the whole family, with gradual entry that takes you deeper for better swimming.

Enjoy the outside fire bowl while watching the night sky over Lake Huron, or grab a kayak and explore the Big Tub Lighthouse that can be seen from the cottage.

SHORELINE

• Grass up to the waters edge and then flat rock with gradual entry. Great Swimming. Swim shoes are recommended.

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. There are cottages on either side with some screening from mature trees.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• New 100' dock installed June 2023. Due to water levels diving off the end is not permitted.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Maximum Occupancy: 6 people. Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• PLEASE NOTE: Fireplace is only available Sept 15-May 31.


• Pets are not permitted


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
