Welcome to Bluewaters! This beautiful 3900 square foot, 5 bedroom cottage is located on the crystal clear shores of Isthmus Bay, part of Georgian Bay just North of the lovely little village of Lion's Head.

Open concept main floor has panoramic views of Georgian Bay. The jaw dropping view can be seen from every level of the cottage.

The town of Lion's Head is adorable. You'll find a Foodland for all grocery needs. Cute shops and great spots to grab a delicious meal when you don't feel like cooking your own anymore are also at your disposal all year round! It's a very short, less than 5 minute drive from the cottage. Wiarton is about 30 minutes South for a 24 hour Foodland, a Tim Horton's and more cute shops and restaurants. Tobermory and Owen Sound are about 45 minutes further North and South, respectively, with so many more amenities and attractions. Too many to list!

SHORELINE

• Natural rock stairs down to the shoreline. Flat limestone rock. Good swimming, gradual entry into the water but deepends quickly. Swim Shoes are reccommended.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• The natural rock stairs down to the shoreline a rugged and slippery when wet and there for may pose a problem for small children and those with limited mobility. Children should not be left unattended at the water.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Available at the local Marina.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Fireplace not available for renters use.
• Pets are negotiable; There is a $100 pet fee/pet.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
