Welcome to "The Lakehouse !". This 1400 square foot, Three bedroom waterfront cottage is located on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron. In the small town of Ipperwash.

This spacious cottage is perfect for the entire family to enjoy. There is a nice yard for the kids to play while the adults enjoy time on the deck looking out at Lake Huron.

Inside the cottage you will find open concept kitchen/dining/ living rooms. Off either side of this area are the three main floor bedrooms and both bathrooms on this level.

A beautiful covered porch on the roadside allows an area to be tucked out of the weather. A large lakeside deck over looks Lake Huron where you will be witness to some Gorgeous sunsets.

• There is a 50' deck along waters edge. Water entry varies up to 2'. There is a removable "pool ladder' for access or ground level access 100 meters down the beach. Larger beach area and playground 500 meters

• This vacation home welcomes adults and families who will leave this vacation home in a clean and tidy state. For your convenience, this home will be professionally cleaned before you arrive, and after you leave. This is at a mandatory fee of $200. Thank you for leaving our home tidy and disposing of your garbage and recycling upon your departure.
