This 1300 square foot, 4 bedroom, open concept cottage has a California retro feel to it.

From the living room and the 2nd floor master bedroom you can enjoy a view of the semi private beach just a short walk from the cottage as well as Giants Tomb Island.

Cali is located close to Midland and Penetanguishehe (15 minutes by car) to go antiquing or grocery shopping. Minutes by car to several marinas to dock your boat or if you want to go for a walk or bike ride Awenda Provincial Park is close by as well.

• June 1-30: $4500/29 Nights + Fees
• July 1-Aug 31: $10,000/29 Nights + Fees
• Sept 1-30: $5000/29 Nights + Fees
• Oct 1-Dec 31: $3800/29 Nights + Fees

SHORELINE

• The cottage is not waterfront, however offers a beautiful water view with a lovely semi private sand/stone/gravel mix beach just a short walk away on a trail that is accessible through the gate in the yard. This beach is only for guests/residents/neighbours in the crescents use.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. Cottage is in a residental area with neighbouring properties. There is a fence and some trees for screening.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• None at the cottage but many within a short drive.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable; Cats are not permitted.
• The owner has the fastest internet package possible for the area, however it can be slow to up/download.
• A waiver will need to be signed to use the recreational watercraft.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
