This phenomenal cottage, situated directly on Commanda Lake in Restoule, ON., is a one-of-a-kind stay. Focused on feeling cozy and rustic, you can experience all the great outdoors Northern Ontario has to offer in a place that feels like home.

With a maximum of 7 beds, consisting of 3 bedrooms in the main cottage and one additional sleep bunk, your whole family can come enjoy a getaway. Complimented with panoramic views of the lake and a sanded private beach, you can find lots of entertainment on 2 acres of property and 300 feet of waterfront. a place that feels like home.

Just a step away from the cottage, a 2-minute walk, visitors will be able to shop at Gerry’s General store and attached LCBO for any amenities that you may need extra of or have forgotten at home. Additionally, Mill Bay Market (butcher/food) is a 10-minute walk or 1 minute drive. a place that feels like home.

• There are 2 private beaches on the property. Both are sandy with gradual entry.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is boat launch (sand) and dock at the property. Boats no longer than 19'. Water levels on the lake are not controlled. A safe area in April could be a few feet lower in August. Depends.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. Cats are not permitted.
• There is access to free fresh water 2 mins from the cottage at a Fresh Spring set up by the local municipality. Water jugs will be left at the cottage for your use.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
