Here on Huron Cottage is located on a back lot across from the water , however the waterfront lot across the road is available with this rental. There is a dock with an electricity outlet for phones.

The cottage is surrounded by trees making it a fairly private lot, with a nice patio, waterside deck and outdoor fire pit.

The cottage has three bedrooms and one bathroom.

You will fall in love with the beautiful shoreline and the unforgettable lake views. Only a 10 min drive away is the beautiful town of Tobermory which has much to offer for the perfect day trip.

SHORELINE

• The shoreline access for the cottage is located across the road on a private lot. The shoreline is rocky with gradual entry. Swim shoes are reccommended. Singing Sands National Park is an easy 3.5km bike ride away to save on parking.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Located across the road on the private lot, there is a lake side deck with a 45' dock with lights and electrical outlets. Depth at the end varies depending on the year however never deep enough to jump in off of or dock a boat. Boat lauch/docking can be found in Tobermory or Lion's Head.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The firplace is not functional and not for use
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
