Lake House Cottage is a waterfront Cottage on the shores of Larry's Lake just 15 km outside the village of Tobermory.

The lakeside deck is a beautiful spot to catch the sunset and watch the kids play on the shoreline. Gradual entry into the water here with really good swimming.

The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

You will fall in love with the beautiful shoreline and the unforgettable lake views. Only a 10 min drive away is the beautiful town of Tobermory which has much to offer for the perfect day trip.

- Larry's Lake is a small inland lake. The lake bottom is a mix of natural/rock/soft silt. Singing Sands National Park has a sand beach great for children and is located 7 km away or public access to Lake Huron is a 5 min walk.
- No apparent child safety issues.
- Four stars out of Five. There is a wooded lot on one side and neighbours on the other side however it is well screened.
- There is a small 10' dock for launching the kayaks and canoe. Not for use with motorized watercraft. There is a launch and docking in the village of Tobermroy.
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
