"Dock on the Rocks" is a 1900 sq ft.,4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located on the sheltered inlet of Hay Bay.

This large spacious cottage is perfect for the entire family to enjoy. There is a yard space for the kids to play, take the kayak out for an adventure on Lake Huron or enjoy time lounging in the sun on the dock looking out over Lake Huron.

Tobermory is a well known destination spot for its flora and fauna as well as it's spectacular topography and views from the Niagara Escarpment. Get out on a boat tour of Fathom Five National Marine Park, go for a hike in Bruce Peninsula National Park, visit the local shops and restaurants and much more!

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Four stars out of Five. Cottage has neighbours on both sides, however well screened with mature trees for privacy.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is a 24' dock at the cottage. The depth at the end is 5' but can fluctuate depending on Lake Huron water levels.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Woodstove not for renters use.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
