Welcome to Luxury Log Cabin located just steps away from Kettle's Bay along the shores of Georgian Bay.

A bungalow log cabin, on a corner lot located in a quiet neighbourhood. The front yard is all sand, making a great area for kids to spend their days playing and making sandcastles. Parents can supervise while relaxing from the covered porch or from the gazebo. Need a quiet moment to yourself to reflect? Take a walk through the sacred labrinth in a quiet corner of the yard.

Just steps away you will find a trail that will take you to Kettle's Beach. Great beach for kids as it is a mixture of sand/gravel/stone with gradual entry. From the beach you can take in stunning sunsets. This beach is only for guests/residents/neighbours in the crescents.

While in the area, you have access to multiple hiking and snowmobile trails, 30 Thousand Island Tours, Discovery Harbour, Saint Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Penetanguishene Centennial Museum and Archives, St. Marie Among the Hurons, Martyre's Shrine, Midland Drive-in, Midland Murals, Castle Village Enchanted Kingdom and the Kings Warf Theatre. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores and shopping areas about 20 minutes away.

SHORELINE

• The cottage is not waterfront, however just steps away you will find beach access. Kitty corner to the cottage lot is the trail to access the semi private beach in 5 mins or less. The beach is a mixture of sand/gravel/stone with gradual entry and is only for guests/residents/neighbours in the crescent.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. Cottage is located on a corner lot in a quiet crecsent neighbourhood. There are some mature trees around the property offering some privacy.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• PLEASE NOTE: The lower level of the cottage is not for renters use as the owner uses it for storage and will have it corded off.
• Pets are not permitted.
• There is a mandatory $200 cleaning service fee. The cottage is to be left tidy and all garbage/recycling are to be removed at the end of your stay and then all remaining cleaning will be done for you.
