The Marco's Cottage is located in Southampton Ontario! Southampton has some of the most breathtaking sunsets over Lake Huron as you walk to the shoreline.

The cottage is not direct waterfront but is a short walk away from Lake Huron and a quick drive to the public beach.

This is a 3 bedroom cottage with 1 bathroom. It's clean and comfortable with a nice private yard screened with cedar trees.

SHORELINE

• The cottage is not waterfront, however Southampton Main Beach is a great sandy beach with gradual entry for the kids and is just 3 minute car ride away or if you bring your bikes you can be there in 10 minutes. Southampton has amazing sunsets, just a quick minute walk to Scubby's Point Park and you can enjoy them.

• Three stars out of Five. Cottage is located on a corner lot with mature trees providing privacy.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• There is no firepit
• There is a mandatory $100 cleaning service fee. The cottage is to be left tidy and all garbage/recycling are to be removed at the end of your stay and then all remaining cleaning will be done for you.
