This beautiful 2 + bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage on the shores of Georgian Bay in the township of Georgian Bluffs is just 2.5 hrs from Toronto.

The cottage is located centrally allowing you to visit many attractions in the area: Bruce Caves, Sauble Beach - second longest fresh water beach in the world, Ascent Aerial Park, Lions Head, Greg Caves.

SHORELINE
- Shoreline is stone with gradual entry. Swim shoes are recommended.
CHILD SAFETY ISSUES
- The walk ways around the property are stone with moss growing and can be slippery when wet. Also there are wooden decks and steps that also can become slippery when wet and caution should be taken when using. The stairs from the Gazebo landing down to the shoreline deck have no spindles in the railing, caution should be used here as well. Children 11 and younger are not permitted.
PRIVACY RATING
- Four stars out of Five. Only neighbour is to the East (35'), cottage is well screen with mature tress and you can only see the neighbours from the roadside yard of the cottage and when they are down on their shoreline.
DOCKING FACILITIES
- There is a dock at the cottage, however it is for sitting on only.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Children 11 and under are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
