This 1000 square foot, two bedroom waterfront cottage is located on the shores of Dorcas Bay, Lake Huron. It offers a nice, open feeling and amazing views of the lake.

An outdoor fire pit is available for your family to enjoy an evening campfire together. From the shoreline of the cottage, you can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over Lake Huron.

The cottage is centrally located to many points of interest. It is a 15 minute drive to Tobermory, and the Bruce Peninsula National Park and a 10 minute drive to a nice sand beach at Singing Sands, which is a part of Bruce Peninsula National Park.

• None. Full marina available in the village of Tobermory.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. Cats are not permitted. Dogs must be 50lbs or less with a max of 2. There is a $50 pet fee.
• PLEASE NOTE: There is a mandatory cleaning deposit of $100 taken on your final payment and returned once we have confirmed the cottage has been left clean and in working order after your departure. This shows as "Sec Dep (Damage) on the breakdown for the cottage.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
