A cozy 2 bedroom, 800 square foot Bed & Breakfast style beachfront apartment looks over the sandy shores of beautiful Dunks Bay.

This open concept modern apartment offers all the comforts of home with spacious kitchen including a dishwasher, living area with large screen TV and a walkout to the balcony with with deck chairs and table overlookings the water to view the gorgeous sunrises and starry evening skies.

The rental includes access to a beautiful private sandy beach (Dunk's Bay) that is within a few steps of the apartment.

Dunks Bay is at the Northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula which because of it's unique diversity of plant and wildlife has been designated as a UNESCO World Biosphere area and is haven for hikers, birdwatchers, artists and photographers. Cottage is located just a short walk to the Bruce Trail.

Just a short drive and within easy walking distance of the summer vacation village of Tobermory with it's two marine harbours, shops, grocery store, art galleries, restaurants, kayak rentals, boat tours of Flowerpot Island and the sunken shipwrecks, and other water related activities.

- No apparent child safety issues. Children 11 and under not permitted.
- Two stars out of Five. This is an apartment above the home owners garage. You have your own entrance, balcony and access to the water. The owner does reside onsite in the main house, however gives you your privacy while on holiday. The cottage area itself is quite private and well screened.

- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Children 11 and under not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
