The Flip Flop in is an adorable 2 bedroom plus loft cottage. The cottage conveniently located two block's from the world famous Sauble Beach. Eleven miles of sand beach and spectacular sunsets make this a popular tourist destination.

Outside of the cottage, a large yard provides lots of space for yard games and two different places to sit and enjoy the summer weather. There is an outdoor firepit provides the perfect place for your family to enjoy evening campfires. Also a covered sitting area to sneak away from the sun and cook a gourmet dinner on the stainless steel Webber Genesis II BBQ.

The cottage is only 3 blocks (3 min walk) to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its store, restaurants and mini golf. There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.

• Cottage is 300 Metres or a 3 min walk to beautiful Sauble Beach. There is a trail to take through the back yard.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. There are neighbouring cottages on all sides, however the mature screening offers much privacy.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
