"Great Escape Cottage " is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, cottage located in the village of Tiny , on the shores of Georgian Bay.

The cottage is not waterfront, however it is situated on a large lot with lots of privacy. Large lawn areas surrounding the cottage provide a great area for the kids to play. Spend some quality family time in the backyard roasting marshmallows and hotdogs around the fire pit. The fall colors on this property are stunning.

Just a short walk away is a great family friendly beach. The approach to the lake is sandy. Entry into the water is very shallow and provides a safe place for children to enjoy.

The cottage is spacious and provides ample room for your family of 8 to spend time together.

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are negotiable. Cats are not permitted. Dogs must be 50lbs or less to a max of 2. There is a $100/fee per pet.


• The hot tub is available for an additional fee of $135. Please inquire when booking.


• There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $150 that will be added to your rental. The cottage is to be left neat and tidy at the end of your stay as well as all garbage and recycling is to be removed and disposed of. The remaining deep cleaning will be done for you.
