STONE BEACH BLUE !

A stunning waterfront Cottage located on Georgian Bay just outside the village of Lions Head. On the beautiful bruce peninsula.

The shoreline consists of flat limestone rock with a mixture of cobble stone that extends for miles. The water at the edge of the shelf is deep and excellent for snorkelling, diving and swimming. This shoreline is also fantastic for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, you can see the bottom up to 20 feet deep because the water is so crystal clear.

This cottage is only a couple of years old and provides a clean and comfortable place to host your families summer vacation. It's modern and open concept and provides views of Georgian Bay from inside the property.

SHORELINE

• There is a small road that runs between the cottage and and a rock emabarkment (with no stairs) to go down to access the shoreline. The shoreline is cobble stone with gradual entry however deepens quickly once out further. Great swimming, swim shoes are recommended.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• The embarkment to access the shoreline is natural and is not suitable for small children or people with mobility isses..

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. Cottage is on a quiet dead-end road with neigbours on each side. Mature trees make the cottage quite private.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
