This newly constructed 1745 square foot, three bedroom cottage, is located in Oliphant. It's just 500 metres away from Oliphant North Sand Beach and 5 kms away from Lonely Island Public Beach.
The cottage is located on a quiet road and situated on a decent sized lot. Large lawn areas surrounding the cottage provide a great area for the kids to play. Spend some quality family time in the large backyard or on the stone patio roasting marshmallows and hotdogs around the fire pit.
Lonely Island Public Sandy Beach is only 5 kms away and is a great place for the kids to swim, or the sand and water of Sauble Beach is a 10 minute drive away.
The cottage is centrally located to other attractions in the area. There are 5 golf courses within a 35 minute drive and there is great cycling on the miles of paved back roads in the area and great mountain bike trails at Sauble Beach.
