Please Note: The water levels in Ontario have been fluctuating in recent years. Therefore, some of the photographs of shorelines/beaches on this website may not fully reflect current waterfront conditions.

Private, three bedroom plus bunkie, 2200 square foot raised cottage on the shores of Eagle Harbour, Lake Huron. Located near the end of a dead end gravel road the land on the opposite side of the road form part of Bruce Peninsula National Park. This is a great area for bird watching and quiet walks.
The owner has just fininshed a new garage (Spring 2021), with a stone work entrance way, upper loft with sky lights and a new ping pong table on the lower level. Pictures to come soon.
The lake side of the cottage is completely natural with only foot paths leading to the lake. At the lake the shoreline has a natural channel which was carved out of the limestone rock during the last Ice Age. The shoreline consists of flat limestone rock which angles into the lake. A dock projects into the channel, but due to lower water levels it is not suitable for docking a boat. The bay is dotted with little islands, shoals and pools. This is a great area to explore with a canoe - and there is a canoe supplied with your stay at the cottage!
The scenic village of Tobermory is located 13 km away. Take time to visit and stroll through the shops in the village, visit the library, restaurants and the beautiful natural harbour, or take a scenic boat cruise where you can view shipwrecks, lighthouses and visit Flowerpot Island. Dinner cruises aboard the Chi-Cheemaun are also very popular. For hikers, naturalists and scuba divers, the area is a dream!
