Lovely 1500 square foot, three bedroom waterfront cottage located on the spectacular shores of Dyers Bay. With natural wood throughout, from the cathedral ceilings with their exposed pine logs, to the pine paneling and flooring and furniture made out of locally milled pine.

SHORELINE

• Shoreline consists of a pebble beach to the waters edge. Once in the water there is flat rock. Water gets deep fairly quickly. Large waves can wash onto shore on occasion

• Water gets deep fairly fast and the lake can have large waves on occasion

• Dyers Bay Government dock located 3 km away.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge.
• Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/ recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
