Be our guest at Villa Luce, a 3-bedroom, sun-splashed year-around cottage on the splendid blue, clear waters of the Georgian Bay, nestled between the bay and the Niagara Escarpment. Our South-east exposure offers a panoramic vista of the water with spectacular sunrises.

SHORELINE
- Shoreline consists of a pebble beach. Once in the water shoreline has plenty of flat rock. Water gets deep fairly quickly. Large waves can wash into shore on occasion.

- No child safety issues, children should not be left unattended at the water

- Three Stars out of Five. Cottage has existing cottages located on both sides. These are screened by existing vegetation. Front porch over looking lake is private./li>

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- All the living area is located on one floor with two steps to get into cottage. However cottage is not designed for wheel chair access
LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge.
- Linens and Towels not supplied unless pre-arranged. Service available for $50.00
- A cleaning service is available for $100.00. Ask when making your booking
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
