• Cottage is located on the Sauble River 1.5 km from Sauble Beach, a beautiful sand beach. The shoreline of the cottage has a large 36 foot dock, the water depth at the end of the dock is 24"-36".

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• Children should not be left unattended at the hot tub or river front deck and dock.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is 36'x16' dock at the cottage. Depth is 4-5'. The Sauble River Marina is located 3 blocks away. It has docking and boat launch facilities.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pet negotiable; Only pets between the age of 2-12 years are permitted.
• Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge.
• Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
