"Cedar Grove" is a rustic cottage set deep on a lot amongst cedar trees. This three bedroom cottage is located just a 5 minute walk away from beautiful Bruce Beach, in Kincardine. This sand beach is two miles long, privately owned and vehicles are not permitted.

The cottage has a large, private, grassy yard as well as an attractive, large deck, with patio furniture, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors in comfort or those of you who like to read outdoors

The property is located only 6 km from the Town of Kincardine with its fine restaurants set in the historic downtown area. Live theatre and shopping are available. Every Saturday night in the town of Kincardine through July and August you can see the live pipe band parade.

- Three of the bedrooms are on the upper level with one bedroom on the lower level of the cottage. The bunkie has stairs to go up to access the bedrooms.

SHORELINE
- Cottage is not waterfront but beach access is a five minute walk away. Bruce Beach is a lovely sand beach with gradual entry with a sandy bottom. This is a great beach for kids.
CHILD SAFETY ISSUES
- Stairs are very steep and narrow. See picture.
PRIVACY RATING
- Three Stars out of Five Cottage is well screened from neighbouring properties.
- Docking and boat launching available at the Kincardine Marina 6 km away
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets negotiable (flea treatment required); Cats are not permitted.
- No doors to bedrooms - curtains only.
- Must bring own bottle for water cooler.
- Cell Service is not good.
- The owner has replaced the play area with a bunkie.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
