Spacious attractive, 4 bedroom, 3000 square foot, air conditioned cottage at Colpoy's Bay on Georgian Bay. Early risers can take in the sunrises that Colpoy's Bay has to offer. There is a road that runs between the water and the cottage but there is plenty of yard space for children to play safely.

The master bedroom has plenty of windows and a queen bed as well as a four-piece ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom is on the lower level with a Queen and patio doors. The third bedroom is located on the upper level of the cottage, with a queen bed and sliding glass doors that lead out to deck on the lakeside. A fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and offers a queen size bed - note: this room doesn't have any windows, but makes a good spot to zone out for a nap!

DOCKING FACILITIES

• New dock installed July 2023. This is to be used for sitting and swimming, not available for boat docking. A government dock and boat launch facilities are located .5 km from cottage.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets Negotiable - 1 non-shedding dog/20 lbs or less. Cats are not permitted


• Fireplaces not available for Renters use
