This beautiful 1200 square foot, two bedroom + loft cottage, with a partial wrap-around deck (600 square feet) is the perfect place to enjoy peace and relaxation during your stay at Berford Lake near Wiarton.

At the front of the cottage there is a grassy area in full view of the screened porch above - perfect for watching the kids play while you enjoy a lounge chair in the sun. The deck wraps around part of the front as well as one side of the cottage.

The cottage is located on a quiet dead end road that has very little traffic. Across the road is the shoreline of Berford Lake where you can also find a dock. As the cottage is located in a central location on the Peninsula, there is only a 10 minute drive to Wiarton, 20 minutes to Sauble Beach and 5 minutes to great hiking on the Bruce Trail.

SHORELINE

• The cottage is not directly waterfront. You cross a small dirt road to access the private, small sandy apron for swimming. There are flat rocks as you enter the water. Gradual entry for swimming. We recommend you bring swim shoes.

• Two Stars out of Five. Cottage is open to the road at the front. Cottages on either side with some screening.

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Linens and Towels not supplied ( Linens supplied for the King Size bed, please wash and dry at the end of your stay.
• Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
