Please Note: The water levels in Ontario have been fluctuating in recent years. Therefore, some of the photographs of shorelines/beaches on this website may not fully reflect current waterfront conditions.
-
Private, three bedroom, spacious cottage nestled on the Niagara Escarpment at Dunks Bay. Experience the convenience of being minutes away from Tobermory combined with the beauty of Georgian Bay.
-
The large deck areas provide stunning views of Georgian Bay, if you look inland from the cottage you will see a beautiful public sandy beach. This beach can be accessed along the road into the cottage. It is a great beach for young children, with a sandy shallow entry for swimming.
-
There is a comfortable pathway from the cottage down to a waterfront deck and swimming area for your enjoyment.
-
Another highlight of the cottage is it's close proximity to Tobermory (2 km to Little Tub harbour). Tobermory provides many activities including boat tours of the Fathom Five National Marine Park and Flowerpot Island, a variety of gift shops, restaurants and pubs, canoe and kayak rentals and the Chi-Cheemaun. It is also worth noting that the Bruce Trail runs right behind the cottage. A wonderful 20 - 30 minute hike on the trail will bring you to the National Park visitor centre (highly recommended) where there is a 60 foot observation tower that overlooks the many islands within the park.
