This quaint two bedroom, 800 square foot, waterfront cottage is located on the shores of Georgian Bay, (Owen Sound Bay). The cottage is the guest house for the main house located on the property.

The cottage has a warm and inviting feeling. The interior has been recently renovated with fresh painted walls and laminate flooring and large lakeside windows also provide a nice view of the Bay.

The cottage is located within a 10-minute drive of the City of Owen Sound with its shops, fine dining, art gallery, live theater, movie theaters and museums.

There is also great bicycling in the area. Most of the rural roads are paved and many follow the Georgian Bay shoreline.

- Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
