Warm, decorative, 1400 square foot, 3 bedroom cottage near Kincardine, close to the shoreline and not far from the sand at Inverhuron Beach.

On those hot days the cottage is kept cool with the window air conditioning unit in the living room and a window fan up on the third floor.

The kids can enjoy the grassy yard space, there is even a 2 person swing in the front yard. While on holiday don't forget to enjoy a campfire around the firepit, toasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories. A propane BBQ is available for your use - perfect for creating a great summer meal!

While this property is not waterfront, the shoreline is close by, just across the street from the cottage. There you will find public access to the waterfront on a flat, stony waterfront that provides good swimming (we do suggest wearing swim shoes). The sandy beach at Inverhuron Beach is just 650 meters away. You can get there by walking along the shoreline. Hop in the car for a quick 5 minute drive to Inverhuron Provincial Park, from which you can access another sand beach or the park trails for a great walk.

SHORELINE

• Across the road is a public access for swimming with flat rock shoreline that has gradual entry into the water for good swimming. Approx 650 metres away, or a short 5 minute walk down the shoreline you will reach Inverhuron Public Sandy beach, a great beach for the whole family with miles of sandy beach.
