Huron View is a bright, comfortable 2400 sq ft, 6 bedroom + Bunkie, cottage just steps to both Southampton's main business district and the expansive, gorgeous sandy beach. Park the car and spend your vacation on foot! The house is actually two separate rental units being rented as one large home. This is a great place to get together with extended family.

Unit One (southside entrance): Entering into the main hallway through the south-side entry door you will find two bedrooms on the main level, a large bathroom (tub/shower combination) with full-sized laundry machines, a sizable kitchen/gathering room with ceiling fan and the spacious back deck. The larger bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan. The smaller bedroom, situated between the bathroom and the other bedroom, contains a single bed.

From this unit one has access to the lower level. This level has two more bedrooms, a family room with kitchenette and the second bathroom (3 piece bathroom). The largest bedroom has 2 double beds with a ceiling fan and the second bedroom on this level also has a double bed. This unit sleeps up to 9. This spacious floor plan allows you to spread out to find privacy or to gather in groups for game-playing, sunning/reading/napping on the two-tiered deck, or movie/TV watching in your choice of two locations.

Unit Two (front door under porch): Entering through the front door you enter the living room with the kitchen just off to the right. Enjoy the flat screen tv in a three-seater sofa or two upholstered arm chairs. Also in this room is a coffee table, round eating table that can expand to accommodate 12 and a ceiling fan. In the kitchen is another upholstered chair, side table and lamp for armchair sous-cheffing! Upstairs on the second level you'll find a large bathroom with shower/tub combination and laundry facilities. One bedroom has a set of single-over-double bunkbeds and the other has a queen bed. This unit sleeps up to 5. The north-facing side deck is the perfect spot for evening cocktails, alfresco dining around the patio table and bbqing. A propane BBQ is available for your convenience. There is no inside access between the two units. One must exit one unit to enter the other.

The cottage also offers a separate sleeping cabin that has a double bed and electricity and has quick access to the back entrance for bathroom use.

• The cottage is not waterfront, but there is a nice, public sand beach approximately 150 metres from the cottage. There is a collapsible tote wagon to haul belongings (not for children to ride in)

• PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS AT ANY POINT IN TIME WHILE AT THIS COTTAGE
• Parents please note that the tub/shower glass enclosure opens OUT (not into the tub area). Please supervise children when using this tub or shower to avoid any damage to the glass door
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
