Beautiful, modern three bedroom, 1300 square foot cottage located on a quiet street in the community of Southampton, close to the beach and rail trail.

The cottage is just under 1 km (900m) from access to the sandy shores of Lake Huron. It is also walking distance to the rail trail access, which is a great walking path that links Port Elgin and Southampton. Also just a short 10 min walk away are tennis courts.

A short 5 minute drive will bring you into downtown Southampton where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants, more public sandy beach, and Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre
