Waterfront, four bedroom 2,000 sq ft cottage located on the picturesque shores of Hope Bay on the Bruce Peninsula. This cottage provides ample space for you and your family to enjoy your holiday, with great deck space and a sandy area right at the shore that's just for you!

The cottage is located on Hope Bay, which is a sheltered bay on Georgian Bay. There is a sandy area down by the shoreline with sandy entry into the water. Entry is also shallow, so it's great for the kids before getting deeper for fantastic swimming. About half a kilometre away is the Hope Bay public sand beach which is also a great spot for the kids to play.

The cottage is centrally located, so you are not far from many of the attractions on the Bruce Peninsula and is just a drive away from Sauble Beach, Wiarton, Lion's Head and Tobermory. There's no excuse to not get out and explore the area!

SHORELINE

• The shoreline is bordered by stone. Sandy bottom with sandy area at the shoreline. Gradual entry.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Two stars out of Five. There are cottages on either side with some screening in-between.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located at Lion's Head Marina

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please note the table and chairs pictured in the upper living area are no longer there.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
