Enjoy the private, well-treed double lot of this 3 bedroom, 800 sq ft cottage located right on the Sauble River, between the mouth of the river and Sauble Falls. This is a nature lover's paradise with the chance to see various birds, painted turtles, and critters enjoying the river including beavers and maybe even an otter! The cottage has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom is a three-piece with a shower. The spacious living, kitchen and dining space has views to the river that you can enjoy while indoors. On rainy days, relax in the living room with a 23" TV with satellite and a DVD player for watching your favourite movies. A propane BBQ is provided for cooking up your grilled dinner, while a fire pit sits just 20 ft from the river and is a great spot to gather at the end of the day and take in a view of the starry sky. There is a 16' by 7' dog enclosure on the lot too. Sauble River is great for kayakers, canoeists and paddleboarders - bring your own or rent a canoe or kayak in the area to truly enjoy the river. If you enjoy fishing, Sauble River is home to trout, bass, pike and walleye among others. The shoreline of Sauble Beach is a two minute drive away, or a 1 km bike ride while the main tourist and business section of Sauble is less than a 10 minute drive for shopping, groceries and checking out local events and attractions.
