Upon entering the cottage the main foyer leads you to a bright open living, dining and kitchen area with a high vaulted ceiling in the living room and large floor to ceiling picture windows that offer spectacular waterfront views and wood floors that create a warm and welcoming lake house feel. The high vaulted ceiling creates an expansive opening from the living room to the upper level that overlooks it.

The patio door from the living room takes you to the rear elevated deck overlooking the lake. The living room leads into the dining and kitchen area. You can

everything you need for your vacation meals. It features stainless

There’s nothing better than the spacious rear deck to enjoy your morning coffee, sunny afternoons or starlit evenings.
The hallway in the upper level of the cottage overlooks the main floor and boasts panoramic views of the lake through large windows on the living room wall. Up here, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and private ensuite bathrooms one with a 4 piece (sink, toilet, tub/shower) bathroom and the other with a 3 piece (sink, toilet, shower) bathroom.
In the third bedroom there is a single bed and a single over double
bunkbed, awesome sleeping quarters for the kids. There is also a
4 piece (sink, toilet, tub/shower) bathroom on the upper level.
This bathroom has two separate entry doors that allow it to double
as an ensuite for the third upper level bedroom.
Outside, take the steps off the deck and it’s just a short stroll down to the lake and dock where you can take advantage of the fantastic water views, relax with your book and/or favourite vacation beverage, go for a dip in the lake or bring your fishing gear and try your hand at fishing. There is 50’ of waterfront with a small sandy water walk-in area. This would be the perfect spot to launch a canoe or kayak if you have one. The lake bottom is sandy and the water depth increases gradually. (Young children always need to be supervised near water).
