Great place to explore the Bruce from

This was a great property for two families. The beds were comfy with memory foam toppers, the kitchen and board game cupboards were well-equipped and we wanted for nothing except blankets as we only brought sheets. We liked that it was near family camps where we could ride our bikes to get snacks and take the wheelbarrow to get firewood. We enjoyed kayaking up the shore and fishing off the paddle boat. We also appreciated the wifi and the Amazon fire TV. The backyard was fun with a large deck, hammock, dock with comfy muskoka chairs, a hot tub and flat lawn to play lawn games. Swimming was a bit mucky as it was shallow (3 ft) for like 70 ft. in front of the cottage, but the boating made up for it. We really enjoyed exploring the Bruce and went to the grotto only 20 minutes away, and another day to Little Cove Adventures aerial park in Tobermory. We also checked out Greig’s caves in Lionhead. Highly recommend this family friendly cottage on a warm lake in the center of it all!
