We planned our stay at Captain’s Rest as a “work away from home” week. It was the perfect spot. The location is lovely, with a beautiful view beyond the bay to Lake Huron. It feels very private, in spite of the proximity of the neighbours. It’s just a short drive to Tobermory for supplies or to park trails. And the cottage itself is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Highly recommended!
