Located just 2 and a half hours from Toronto and the GTA this rustic 400 sq. ft. cottage is perfect for fisherman and for those to enjoy the views of the Trent River.

This quaint cottage is part of a great fishing and cottage resort located on beautiful Trent River. It’s ideal for a group of friends, or couples looking for a river front vacation. On site amenities include a fire pit, boat docking, fish cleaning station, and children’s play area.
- The cottage has a 200 sq. ft. front deck with a patio table and chairs. There is also a propane BBQ available for grilling up some great outdoor meals and a picnic table for additional outdoor dining. Inside the cottage is an open kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom

There is a queen bed in bedroom one and two singles in the second bedroom.
The river bank and docks are just a short walk from the cottage. The shore is ideal for an early morning coffee, catching a partial sunrise, taking in the views of the river or boat watching.

PRIVACY RATING
- One stars out of Five. The cottage is located within a small resort and has cottages on either side /li>
- The nearest boat docking facilities are located at the cottage. 30 foot long dock, 3 to 6 feet deep. Can accommodate up to a 20 foot long boat.
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Depending on the numbers due to Covid, the owner may remove dishes, pots and pans from the cottage. We will contact you prior to your rentals should they decide to o this.
- Pets are negotiable; They must be vaccinated and leashed. There is a $20 pet fee.
- Canoe and boat/oar rental available onsite for an additional charge. Ask upon checkin.
- Linens can be supplied for $10.00 per bed.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
