Sauble Shores Cottage is a cozy 800 square foot, four bedroom cottage where Sauble Beach is less than a 2 minute walk ... almost at your door step! Everyone else has to pay for their parking at the beach... all you have to do is park in your own driveway.

The cottage is a 15 minute walk to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its stores, dining out opportunities and mini-golf. There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.

• Four stars out of Five. Cottage has neighbours on all sides with mature trees for screening offering a private setting.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located at Sauble River Marina

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Family rentals only
• Pets are negotiable; Cats are not permitted. There is a pet fee of $100/pet.
• Linens and blankets can be provided for $150.00 Ask at the time of booking
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
