This beachfront cottage is located in one of the most sought after areas of Sauble, is a quick walk to the sandy beach and breath taking views of the sunset.

Quiet setting as cabin is set back from roadway, private treed backyard with fire pit for campfires, picnic table and many outdoor patio furniture options for quiet sitting areas. Propane BBQ available. Outdoor shower.

Swim and bask in the sun on the beach without having to worry about driving or parking. Beach is right across the road from your front door and a variety of children’s beach toys are on site. Fall asleep to the sound of waves after witnessing one of Sauble Beach’s world renown sunsets.

There is a four-piece bathroom, with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker, plus all the kitchenware needed. Gas fireplace available for any chilly nights. Loft bedroom areas is air conditioned for your comfort WiFi available, with Roku TV options.

This rustic cabin provides a nostalgic atmosphere experienced in past childhood beach getaways.

In the back yard there is a well drained, out-door shower.

The private backyard has a propane BBQ. There is a firepit, as well as a picnic table, and a patio table.

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. Maximum of 1 pet. There is a $50 non refundable Pet Fee. Pets must still be cleaned up after inside and out including all dog hair.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
