Along beautiful Sauble Beach and a one minute walk down to a private pathway to the Silver Lake, this cottage is south central in Sauble Beach and the popular area of Silver Lake.

This cottage will accommodate 6 people with three bedrooms, 2 of the rooms have Queen beds and the third room has a set of bunk beds, single on the top and double on the bottom.

This cottage is roomy both inside and out. The interior walls all made of high grade pine professionally installed. Bedrooms are larger than most and each has a separate closet.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The spacious living room features a colour Smart TV and WiFi. Three piece bath, shower, sink, toilet

The cottage features a large entertainment size deck overlooking Silver Lake where you can watch the ducks use the lake in front of you as their own private landing strip.

Try your luck fishing in this popular watering hole. Bring your canoe and launch it from the pathway. The choice is yours - the sun and surf of Sauble's sand beach in one direction or the beautiful nature surrounding Silver Lake in the other direction.

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. $75 pet fee per pet
• Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
