Welcome to Sauble Serene Cottage , located on a private road on the south side of Sauble Beach. Access to the beach is a 6 minute walk from the cottage.

This 1670 square foot, 2 bedroom cottage offers lots of privacy with a cedar hedge running the length of the property in the back yard. Perfect for the kids to run around. There is a horseshoe pit for your family to enjoy and a fire pit area to enjoy the summer nights.

In the back yard of the cottage there is also a beautiful stone patio that makes for a great area for the family to hang out or enjoy a nice BBQ dinner on the natural gas BBQ. The bunkie is located in this area and has 2 single beds and a separate sitting area for the kids to enjoy.

Inside the cottage 2 separate sitting areas allow for the adults to have some quiet time while the kids are enjoying a movie or playing board games.

A large dining table is provided for your family dinners at the cottage.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS
*Individuals 13 years of age or older count as adults.
*Pets are negotiable. Cats are not permitted and dogs must be 20lbs or less and non-shedding.
*Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
