This adorable 3 bedroom cottage is located on Mallory Beach, part of the Georgian Bay shoreline. Just a short drive from the town of Wiarton with it's library, Churches of all faiths, stores, restaurants and Bluewater Park with it's sandy beach and children's playground.

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful views from the either the cottage deck or the lakeside deck. Both areas offer a place to enjoy an outdoor fire while you unwind.

SHORELINE

• Shoreline is flat rock and stone mix with gradual entry. Swim shoes are recommended.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• A mixture of natural and hand laid rock stairs lead steeply down to the shoreline. This may pose a problem for small children and persons with mobility issues. Children should not be left unattended at the water.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. Cottage does have neighbouring properties that are screened with mature trees.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are not permitted.


• PLEASE NOTE: There is a mandatory cleaning deposit of $125 taken on your final payment and returned once we have confirmed the cottage has been left clean and in working order after your departure. This shows as "Sec Dep (Damage) on the breakdown for the cottage.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
