Private, three bedroom cottage located on a large 90-acre property fronting onto the Saugeen River in the hills of Grey County. This cottage is the perfect get-away to escape the city and experience the peace and serenity of nature without compromising the comforts and amenities of home.

Just down the front yard of the cottage awaits the Saugeen River, with a small river front deck, outdoor furniture to relax in and a lovely spot to launch your kayak if you have brought yours along. Enjoy the starry night sky here while relaxing around the fire pit with your family.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $150 that will be added to your rental. The cottage is to be left neat and tidy at the end of your stay as well as all garbage and recycling is to be removed and disposed of. The remaining deep cleaning will be done for you.
