This charming 550 square foot cottage, located in Sauble Beach, has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home.

The living area is all in one open space. The kitchen has all amenities of home with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave, to help prepare the family meals.

The cottage has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with Bunk bed (single on top double on Bottom).

At the back of the house there is a fire pit and enough Muskoka chairs for everyone to gather around at night.
Sauble Beach is only 600 meters (8 min walk) from the cottage. beautiful sandy shores of Sauble Beach, which is the second longest freshwater beach in the world, also offering unforgettable sunsets!

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.





LIMITATIONS





• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are negotiable. Cats are not permitted.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
