Highpoint on Colpoy's is a modern year round rental. Located on Georgian Bay just outside the village of Wiarton. On Mallory Beach. The cottage sits evelated on the Escarpment looking over Georgian Bay. Stairs take you down to the cobble beach shoreline.

Outside of the cottage, there is a large deck with stunning views of Colpoys Bay. There is an outdoor fire pit, patio furniture to enjoy outdoor dining, and beautiful sunrises.

The cottage is clean, modern, and comfortable. It is a 3 bedroom cottagewith 2 washrooms.

SHORELINE

• To access the shoreline you go down 30 steps. The shoreline is stone with gradual entry into the water, however does deepen quickly. Swim shoes are recommended.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Four stars out of Five. There are neighbouring cottages how ever mature screening offers a very private setting.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is a dock 15' dock at the shoreline.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 13 years of age or older count as adults.
• Please note that as of Mar 1 2023 the loft has been closed in and there is now a 3rd bedroom. New pictures to follow in spring of 2023
• Pets are negotiable. Dogs 50lbs or less to a max of 2. There is a $50/pet fee. Cats are not permitted.
• There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $125 that will be added to your rental. The cottage is to be left neat and tidy at the end of your stay. The owner will also dispose of 2 large bags (clear) for you. Anything over that must be taken home with you.
