Welcome to "Lakeview Point Cottage" this waterfront cottage is located on Simmons Lake in Magnetawan.

This cottage is surrounded by a forest of hardwood trees. Fall colors here are stunning. There is a cute little path that takes you to the waters edge where you will find great swimming either from shore or off the end of the dock.

The cottage is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A screened in Muskoka room overlooks the lovely in land lake. Enjoy your morning coffee of evening beverage while watching the sun set beautiful colors in the sky.

SHORELINE

• Shoreline is grass to the water with gradual entry into the water. Diving is not permitted off the dock, however you can swim out to the floating raft and dive off it.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is no boat launch on this lake. There is a public boat launch on Ahmic Harbour just 5 mins away.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are negotiable. Cats are not permitted. Dogs must be 50lbs or less to a max of 2.


• PLEASE NOTE: 2-Wheel-Drive vehicles may struggle driving back up the gravel driveway and are encouraged instead to park at the top of the hill where it is marked “Parking,” whereas 4-Wheel-Drive vehicles
  will generally be able to park at the bottom near the cottage.


• There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $100 that will be added to your rental. The cottage is to be left neat and tidy at the end of your stay. The owner will also dispose of 2 large bags (clear) for you. Anything over that must be taken home with you.
