Dorcas Bay Cottage - Located on the Shores of Lake Huron just 15 km outside the village of Tobermory

This A Frame Style cottage is 3 bedroom's in total with 2 washrooms. It is comfortable and cozy. Whether you want to enjoy time with family or friends or you just want an escape from your busy lives this is the perfect cottage to do it in.


The cottage has a board walk out to a lakeside deck to take in the spectacular sunset provided over Lake Huron. The Shoreline is here as well for swimming . Good Swimming gradual entry and gets deep once out further into the water.

SHORELINE
The cottage is located on a shallow channel that leads out to Dorcas Bay, Lake Huron. Shoreline is flat rock/sand/gravel mix. Gradual entry into the water with a soft bottom. Swim shoes are recommended.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES
No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING
Three stars out of Five. There are neighbouring properties however the property has mature trees offering privacy.

DOCKING FACILITIES
There is a dock at the cottage however due to water levels it is not suitable for docking.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS
•    Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
•    Pets are negotiable. There is a pet fee of $75 for 1 or $100 for 2.
•    Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided)
and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done
