This cute 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 570 sq ft cottage is located in the quaint little community of Pike Bay.The central location of the cottage makes day trips to Sauble Beach (30 KM), Lion’s Head (20 KM) and Tobermory (60 KM) very easy allowing you to come back from your day away leave the hustle and bustle of these busy areas behind you.

SHORELINE
This is not a waterfront cottage. Pike Bay Community Park is 1.3 KM away where there is swimming. The area is grass to the shoreline and then gradual entry in with a sand/silt bottom. There is also swimming at “The Rocks” 5 KM away, where you will find the shoreline is flat limestone and swim shoes are recommended. Other sand Beaches are located at Black Creek Provincial Park (16 KM) and in the Village of Lion’s Head (20Km).

One star out of Five. There are cottages on either side of the property and across the road.

Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. There is a pet fee of $50. Cats are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
