This modern, open concept, private suite conveniently located just 11 km outside of Tobermory at Singing Sands on the Lake Huron shoreline.This compact unit has all the amenities necessary for your convenience and provides a comfortable place to relax on your holiday. The open concept design makes the most of the space available. The remainder of the building is inhabited by the owners of the cottage.

Singing Sands Sandy Beach is directly in front of the cottage, gradual entry into the water with a sandy bottom. Perfect beach for children.

No apparent child safety issues.
PRIVACY RATING
Two stars out of Five. The owner lives in the upper part of the home. Upper deck in front of unit is the owners private area.
DOCKING FACILITIES
None. The nearest boat docking facilities are located in Tobermory.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Cottage is not designed for wheelchair access.
LIMITATIONS
• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted
• There is a mandatory $75 Cleaning Fee.
• Renters are responsible to leave the cottage neat and tidy and and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
