Welcome to “The Blue Beach House” located in the heart of Kincardine.This newly updated (summer 2023) six-bedroom, two bathroom, 1900 sq ft open concept cottage is the perfect vacation spot for any family.
Step off the front porch and onto the sandy shores of Lake Huron where you can rest and rejuvenate in the calm quiet oasis while the kids play.
You can walk to downtown Kincardine or hop in the car and be at the harbour in minutes. Kincardine Golf and Country Club is also a few minutes drive from the house.

Three stars out of Five. There are neighbouring properties on each side. Mature trees offer privacy.
DOCKING FACILITIES
None available. Launching/docking available in Kincardine.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Cottage is not designed for wheelchair access.
LIMITATIONS
• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. There is a $50/pet fee. Max of 2.
• There is a mandatory fee of $200 on top of the rental rate that provides you with all your linens and towels (excluding beach towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay. We do ask that you leave the cottage tidy, your dishes are done, and garbage/recycling removed and disposed off.

Our extended family stayed at this gorgeous beach house for a week and we had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The location feels cut off from everything even though it is right in town; it feels very private. The view from the wrap around deck is stunning and you can hear the sound of the waves and watch the sunset from the deck or walk down to the beach in seconds! The beach is sandy, shallow, and private ( not actually private but it sure feels like you have your own private beach!) The house is gorgeous, spotless, and updated. All the beds are comfortable and the bedding is immaculate and modern; you can open the windows and listen to the waves as you fall asleep. All the appliances are new and work perfectly; the hosts are very thoughtful and obviously take great pride in their beautiful home! I can’t wait to come back to this gem.
