Shoreline is stone with gradual entry into the water. Swim shoes are recommended.
CHILD SAFETY ISSUES
No apparent child safety issues.
PRIVACY RATING
Four stars out of Five. There are neighbouring properties on each side, however mature trees offer screening and privacy.
DOCKING FACILITIES
There is a 32’ long dock at the cottage with the water being approx.4’ deep at the end. Launching is available in Wiarton.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Cottage is not designed for wheelchair access.
LIMITATIONS
• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. $100/pet fee. Cats are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE
