This well-maintained, open concept, two-bedroom waterfront cottage is located on the beautiful Harbour of Lion's Head. The cottage is 850 square feet in area and has a view that overlooks the Lion's Head Marina

The lakeside deck provides a place to catch some sun and watch the boats sail in and out of the harbour.

There is a public sand beach less than a 5 minute walk away from the cottage. The public beach can be seen from the cottage and there is a brick pathway that leads from the cottage to the sand beach and playground area.

Lion's Head has a few little shops, restaurants, library, LCBO and grocery store. The interlocking brick pathway winds around from the public beach to the marina. Here you will have a great view of the escarpment, marina, and some lovely gardens.

SHORELINE

• The cottage looks out over Lion's Head Harbour. The public sand beach is less than a 5 min walk from the cottage.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• One stars out of Five. There are cottages on either side very close with some screening. Cottage looks out over a public Marina. The roadside deck has a 5' hedge around it making it private from passers by.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Cottage is less than a 5 min walk to the Village marina where there is a launch and docking available.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• PLEASE NOTE: Washer and Dryer are being removed and will not be available.


• Pets are not permitted.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
